FERC approves Alaska LNG project

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on May 21 approved the Alaska LNG project. However, the AGDC board of directors “does not support” the state continuing as the sole project sponsor past Dec. 31, 2020. One dissenting commissioner questions the rush to development at this time.
