(AGDC) is working to answer environmental review questions raised by federal regulators--eight months after the state filed its application for the proposed Alaska LNG Project. The State of Alaska is waiting for FERC to decide on a timeline for the project's environmental review. Meanwhile AGDC has signed non-binding agreements with potential foreign customers and financial partners, who also are being courted by competitors. The state is willing to pay more for construction contracts in place of the costly and lengthy FEED process. A two-page list describes the data AGDC filed with FERC in November and December 2017. In addition, AGDC plans to submit more data in January and February 2018.
