Summary:This document contains the testimony of Paul C. Wright (of Pipe Line Technologists, Inc.), Robert H. Winn (Manager of Anchorage office of Dames & Moore), and R. Sage Murphy (Director of Pollution Control Services at Dames & Moore) about the realignment of the natural gas pipeline proposed by El Paso (known as the Trans-Alaska Gas Project). Large sets of exhibits (text, maps, graphs, and drawings) accompany each testimony. The purpose of the realignment is to utilize the Haul Road and the pipeline work pad now in place for Alyeska's Trans-Alaska Pipeline System. The three persons discuss the geotechnical feasibility and environmental aspects of the realignment.
