| Notes: | Cataloging based on set missing volume "Exhibit E : Responses to supplemental information requests" (SUS 190). Statement of responsibility from cover. Most issues are dated "February 1983." Volumes 2A, 2B, and 2C are dated "July 1983." The volume called "Reference report attachment to Appendix E.2.A" was printed twice, one dated "February 1983" and the other "July 1983", but content of both reflects July 1983. Appendix E.2.A. is not dated and lacks a cover and title page. Four volumes, "Exhibit F : supporting design report (preliminary)" (APA 484 or 1798 ; SUS 198) and three volumes for Exhibit E (SUS numbers 187 and 189-190), have no volume numbers. When FERC accepted this application, copies were distributed with a label on cover: "Susitna Hydroelectric Project, FERC license application, Project no. 7114-000, as accepted by FERC, July 27, 1983." Volumes 2B and 2C were distributed twice: once with the full set with the illustrated blue covers (although volume representing SUS 187 lacks cover; SUS 190 is missing) and again with plain blue covers. Those two volumes with plain covers have different covers and preliminary pages, but the text of the reports are identical; however, they also have a series statement on attached label on cover: HARZA-EBASCO Susitna Joint Venture document ; no. 1795 (or 1796). A standalone version of Volume 1, a revised draft, was also released with the same title information as the final version, but contains only Exhibit D. It has a page of revision notes and some pages are dated "(Revised 7/11/83)." Caption title on the table of contents page: Volume 1, Exhibit D project costs and financing. Series statement from label on cover: Harza-Ebasco Susitna Joint Venture document ; no. 637. Title in Susitna Aquatic Impact Assessment Project bibliography and on fiche headers varies (though the fiche frames are identical to the print publications). Entries and fiches numbered SUS 140-149, 187, and 189-190 have title: Application for license for major project, Susitna Hydroelectric Project, before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Entries and fiches numbered 192-209 have title: Final application for license for major project, Susitna Hydroelectric Project, before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, accepted by FERC July 27, 1983.
