Bond and dated October 1981, (3) a five-page report called "Susitna Hydroelectric Project, Watana - rock mechanics aspects of diversion tunnels", and (4) a 28-page report with 7 attached graphs called "Subtask 6.21 - Watana diversion scheme, closeout report". That closeout report is marked by hand: "very rough draft, TWG 1/4/82" (probably referring to Tom Gwozdek), and covers design considerations of the reservoir, cofferdam, inlet and outlet structures, and tunnels; tunnel schemes; and selection of the diversion scheme. The pages were made made by Acres American Incorporated at the Buffalo office. |

This date was applied to several related documents in the index, so it probably refers to when documentation staff members were processing reports.
