The Susitna Hydroelectric Project document index gives a date of "830309" [i.e. March 9, 1983] which was taken from an informal sheet attached later for organizing documents. This date was applied to several related documents in the index, so it probably refers to when documentation staff members were processing reports. Nothing in this document indicates a date later than March 15, 1982, so that dating of the document is incorrect. Series statement from label on cover. "Project No. P5700, File no.
