On October 24, 1984 the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requested the reference forecast model and the input data and output results for the DGP-6 runs. This document is the Alaska Power Authority's response. The model, which is described in the user's manual (see document APA 2516), is run using a computer program call Optimized Generation Planning written by General Electric Company. It is being used for cost comparisions of the Susitna Hydroelectric Project. The model had been updated since this response (see document APA 2608).
