That plan is the draft version of: Implementation plan for the genetic baseline study for selected fish species in the Susitna River, Alaska / prepared by Andrew W. Barclay. This study was initially released separately on March 29, 2013, and belongs to Section 9.14 of the Final Study Plan, a plan for the Susitna-Watana Hydroelectric Project. On March 29, 2013, AEA released the online draft version of: Implementation plan for the genetic baseline study for selected fish species in the Susitna River, Alaska. The letter of transmittal requested comments from agencies. On April 12, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service submitted comments, which are in Attachment B. This document, Attachment C, contains AEA's responses to those comments. |
