| Summary: | This document provides the Alaska Energy Authority's (AEA) Revised Study Plan (RSP) for original licensing of the proposed Susitna-Watana Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Project no. 14241. This RSP is required under FERC's Integrated Licensing Process (ILP) regulations, 18 CFR Section 5.13, and includes a set of 58 individual study plans to support the licensing of the Project. This RSP builds upon the study plans in the Proposed Study Plan (PSP), and has been prepared through extensive consultation with federal and state resource agencies, Alaska Native entities, nongovernmental organizations, members of the public, and other licensing participants. |
