Description
Summary:The Alaska Department of Natural Resources asked federal regulators if its permitting office can join the environmental review team for the Alaska LNG project as a cooperating agency promising not to share anything with the Alaska Gasline Development Corp. (AGDC) and agreeing to modify its status as a possible intervenor. This is modeled after a 2011 agreement for an earlier gas line proposal. The final section discusses AGDC delivering further answers and data requests on environmental review to federal regulators on July 24. These replies deal with wetland mitigation, temporary construction bridges over waterbodies, dredging, and fill.
