Rhett (Federal Inspector) and Richard Berman (Deputy Federal Inspector) of Office of the Federal Inspector. They met with eight Canadian officials: Mitchell Sharp, Barry Yates, Frank Gilhooly, Bruce Macdonald (Northern Pipeline Agency); William Scotland, Ken Vollman (National Energy Board); Roland Priddle (federal Department of Energy, Mines and Resources); and Brian Hambleton (federal Department of External Affairs, U.S. Transboundary Division, United States Branch).
