Summary:In 2006 Alaska Division of Geological & Geophysical Surveys began a program of reconnaissance mapping of surficial geology in the proposed natural gas pipeline corridor through the upper Tanana River valley. Work was performed in 2008 in the Tanacross quadrangle. This report covers the area from Robertson River (which meets the Tanana River between Dot Lake and Cathedral Rapids) to Tetlin Junction.
